Viral Marketing is a growing marketing strategy that has become a core concept in the modern marketing world. Viral Marketing contains many different subgenres such as a game, a video or even a text message. This form of marketing has become increasingly more useful to companies as the internet continues to grow. Marketers are able to push their content on many online mediums for a relatively low cost. One interesting and effective way that marketers create interest for their product is through incentive marketing. Incentive marketing works by offering an incentive for sharing their post. One example is if a company offers a discount if you re-tweet their tweet. This will push the ad on to all of that person's followers who can then share the post again for a discount. This creates a web of people all viewing and interacting with your ad.
